Half information as always!

Just received this message from the police.

"Take  reqd permission to erect Box-Arches. Lets pledge not to pit holes on road. Let celebrate the festival with sense of security and responsibility" CP Pune.

As an ordinary citizen, I don't go digging on roads. But at the same time I can take the effort of calling the authorities of non compliance by some 'mandal'.

As far the msg from the police is concerned, I believe giving contact numbers of authorities will help more than just the awareness message. I know I am not allowed to dig up the road for my convenience.
